These terms govern use of the website published by HK Ruiju Technology Co., Limited and the enquiries made through it. A paid engagement, licence, or white-label project is governed by the written agreement we sign with you. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement prevails for that engagement.
1. The company
The website is operated by HK Ruiju Technology Co., Limited, a Hong Kong company, at Flat/RM 1903, 19/F, 33 Hysan Avenue, Lee Garden One, Causeway Bay, HK. References to “we” and “us” mean that company.
2. The website
The site describes our services: voice and live products, casual-game customization, and technology development. It is an invitation to talk. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A description on the site is not a promise that a particular product, store listing, or delivery date is available.
GöLive is presented as a representative live and voice product, alongside casual game screens. Interface images show product examples. They are not a warranty that every control in a screenshot is in the current build.
3. Services
We provide software design, development, customization, and related technical services.
Where a project includes multi-currency payment features, we integrate licensed payment providers. We are a technology company. Nothing on this website makes us a bank, a stored-value facility, or a money-service operator. We do not hold customer funds as a payment institution. Regulated payment services are supplied by the licensed institution named in the relevant contract.
A client that operates a product in a market remains responsible for the licences, notices, and content rules that apply to that operation. A proposal will say where a licence sits with the client.
4. Engagements and client materials
Work begins when both parties have signed a written agreement, or when we confirm a written statement of work that specifies scope and fees. Until then, correspondence is exploratory and either party may end it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. If you ask us to reskin or customize a product, you are responsible for having the rights in the names, artwork, audio, and other materials you supply. You will not ask us to reproduce another party’s game, brand, or store listing in a way that infringes their rights.
Words such as “Tetris-style” on this website describe a genre of falling-block puzzle. They are not a statement that we own, or that we supply, the Tetris game or any other third-party title.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- probe, scan, or attempt to breach this website or a related system;
- send unlawful, misleading, or infringing material;
- use the enquiry channel to harass anyone, or to send unsolicited bulk mail;
- misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a company;
- use our name, our address, or this website to suggest a partnership, licence, or endorsement that we have not given in writing.
6. Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics, and original illustrations on this website are owned by HK Ruiju Technology Co., Limited or used with permission. You may not copy them for a commercial site or a competing product. You may share a link. You may quote a short extract, with attribution, for a genuine review or a due-diligence note.
Materials you supply remain yours. Ownership or licence of project deliverables passes only as the written agreement says. Nothing on this website transfers GöLive, our game portfolio, or our tools.
7. Confidentiality
If you send non-public information in an enquiry, we will use it to evaluate and answer that enquiry and we will not publish it. A broader non-disclosure arrangement, where one is needed, will be a separate written agreement. Do not send information you are not free to share.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The website is provided as general information. We take care to keep the corporate details accurate. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that a product description will match a future release.
To the extent Hong Kong law allows, we exclude implied warranties that a business may exclude in relation to the website itself, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that Hong Kong law does not allow a party to limit or exclude.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from an enquiry, including lost profit, lost data, or a lost opportunity. Our total liability arising out of the website, as distinct from a signed services agreement, is limited to HKD 1,000.
Liability under a signed services agreement is capped as that agreement states. If the agreement is silent, it is capped at the fees you paid us under that agreement during the 12 months before the claim.
11. Suspension
We may withdraw the website, or decline an enquiry, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where continuing would create a legal or reputational risk.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction. We may still seek interim relief in another court where that is needed to protect confidential information or intellectual property.
13. Contact
A project exists only when a written agreement says so. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
