This policy covers this website, messages sent to yuxiaowang16@gmail.com, and calls to +852-51050303. Mobile applications we operate, including GöLive, may carry their own privacy notice inside the product. If an in-product notice differs from this page, the in-product notice governs that application. This page governs the website and pre-contract enquiries.
3. Information we collect
- Identity and contact details you choose to send: name, email address, company, telephone number if you include one, and the content of your message.
- Correspondence we keep in order to reply and to maintain an ordinary business record of the discussion.
- Technical data created when your browser requests a page, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. That data may be processed by the provider that hosts the site and by the networks that deliver the stylesheet and fonts named below.
We do not ask you to create an account on this website. We do not ask for payment-card numbers, identity-document images, or passwords through these pages. Please do not send them.

Pages load a stylesheet hosted with this website and typefaces from Google Fonts. Google receives the technical data a browser sends with a web request, including an IP address. Their own terms describe that processing. If those services are unavailable, the text of the site remains available in your browser’s default fonts.
7. Sharing
We share personal data only as follows:

We keep enquiry records while a conversation is active, and afterwards for a period that is reasonable for business records and for the defence of legal claims. For an enquiry that does not become an engagement, that further period is normally up to 24 months after our last correspondence, unless a longer period is required by law or a dispute is open. We then delete the data or reduce it so that it no longer identifies you.
10. Security
We limit access to the enquiry mailbox and use practicable technical measures appropriate to a business website. No method of sending data is completely secure. Do not send identity documents, card numbers, or passwords to the published address.
11. Your rights
Under the PDPO you may ask for access to personal data we hold about you, and you may ask us to correct data that is inaccurate. We may charge a fee that does not exceed what the Ordinance permits, and we may refuse a request on a ground the Ordinance allows. We will answer within the period the Ordinance requires.

You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong. We ask that you write to us first so that we can look into the matter.

This website is directed at businesses and at adult professional contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through these pages. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
13. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of the page will change with it. The version published here is the current version.
